Tuscan Style Gazebo. Bamboo and bronzed twin wall polycarbonate roof screening —cooler than a conservatory given global warming and the south facing aspect….. All timber construction (routed upright posts) mounted on low brick wall surrounding a concreted patio area (to be porcelain tiled). Energy saving lighting installed.

My sister Val’s kitchen tiling, showing an unusual but effective brick pattern layout.  Challenging to get the right effect, but she is pleased with my results for her. Thanks to Dad for helping the post tiling cleanup and not to mention the provision of the necessary tea break conversation. Replacing the outdated white sockets and switches with brushed stainless steel ones, I also updated the electrics in this kitchen to double sockets and added extra spur points.

Dad and Paul’s kitchen, random multiple colours. This was a kitchen modernisation update long after the original set of coloured tiles were attached. An internet search found the now discontinued exact batch, which enabled a far more cost effective update and an infinitely less messy one to a complete replacement. I replaced the wall cupboards and installed a new Stainless Steel Extractor Fan/Hood. Once again the old white wall sockets and switches were replaced by brushed stainless steel ones to give a more contemporary look. Single sockets replaced by double ones and extra spur outlets fitted
